Soy Fettuccine with Pesto, Cherry Tomatoes & Sundried Tomatoes

1 pack of Epik Soy Fettuccine, drained

1 pack of Legrand pesto

1 pint of cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup of sundried tomatoes, thinly sliced

Preparation

In a large bowl, add the soy fettuccine, Legrand pesto, and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss gently until the pasta is well coated.

Stir in the cherry tomatoes and sundried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
