Easy Mac and Cheese with Smoked Tofu


Give your childhood mac and cheese a modern twist with smoked tofu — comforting, flavorful, and protein-packed.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box of store-bought mac and cheese OR your favorite homemade mac and cheese recipe

  • 1 package of EPIK smoked tofu of your choice : steak spice, original, hot

  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Toasted breadcrumbs

PREPARATION

    1. Prepare the mac and cheese according to package instructions (or your favorite homemade recipe).

    2. Set aside.

    3. Cut the smoked tofu into cubes, triangles, or fun shapes.

    4. Pan-fry the tofu in a touch of oil until golden and crispy.

    5. Top the mac and cheese with fried smoked tofu and toasted breadcrumbs

    6. Serve warm.
