For 4 Hot dogs

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 store-bought hot dog buns of your choice

  • 1 pack of smoked tofu (any flavor : steak spice, original, hot), cut into 4 large rectangular pieces

METHOD

  1. In a pan with a bit of oil, pan-sear the tofu pieces until lightly browned.

  2. Lightly toast the hot dog buns.

  3. Assemble and add your favorite toppings.
